Our Week at a Glance:
Language Arts: The class explored and compared various versions of the traditional tale of Finn McCool. They also found it interesting to explore the Irish roots of the folk tale.
Math: The class wrote their measurement unit test and will get them back on Monday when they return.
Social Studies: Once our websites on First Nations communities were published, students created scavenger hunts for their classmates to complete. They enjoyed going through each other's websites and learning about six of the different First Nations communities across our country.
