Water Discovery

In science, we acted like scientists and used our 5 senses to explore water. We learned a new word: 'observe' as we made observations at 10 different water stations.

Look closely, you can see the water drops!

We observed water can act as a magnifier.

Water is liquid. It moves. It is wet. When it comes out of the fountain, it is cold!
Dragging water drops across parchment paper. We observed a water drop trail.

Water bubbles when shaken. If you swirl a bottle of water you can observe a mini tornado!

We observed that water takes the shape of it's container.

Pouring water sounds soothing like a waterfall...

Water is fun!
